According to the foreign media report, based on a document submitted in Nevada on March 9th, Musk has registered a company called X.AI in Las Vegas. Musk is currently the sole director, and Jared Birchall, who works at his family's company, serves as the secretary of X.AI.
The foreign media also mentioned in their report that Musk's newly registered X.AI company matches the "X Corp," the latter being a holding company he established to acquire Twitter. Court documents this month show that Twitter has also been incorporated into X Corp.
After the success of ChatGPT, trained by OpenAI, there have been multiple instances of news about Musk planning to establish an AI company.
