Not free, single payer funded by tax dollars. For the patients, it amounts to "free", compared to the U.S. system. In Canada, we spend 50% less per capita on health care as America. Yet we have 100% coverage, and there's no such thing as medical debt. A big reason for this is the elimination of 90% of the administrative overhead costs, not to mention HMO executive and shareholder payouts.
You factually voted for less of that. The only one of those things that Trump delivered was lower taxes, and he only gave you that for two years. Everything else on that list was a result of Obama's presidency and it had all conclusively ended by the end of Trump's.
Well said. The lack of critical thinking skills and memory of recent history among Americans is a very sad thing to see.

Ha, ha, me too.
my favorite keyboard of all time.
That's very weird. We've had chip cards here in Canada for close to 10 years, and I have never had a problem. It feels antiquated to have to swipe one when in the States. We now have RFID cards which are almost instant. Different universe, I guess.
Isn't that the point? - there are no emissions regulations in international waters, and they do use high sulfur Bunker oil because of that.
Thanks for Isis, George and Dick.
Actually, yes I have tried it.

It's called photosynthesis.
Kensington expert mouse. Love it. Use it in combo with a 3DConnexion Space Explorer for 3D Sketchup, Autocad, Google Earth, etc.
Same here. My diesel takes a specialized VW spec synthetic oil, and I'm 90 minutes from the nearest dealer. I get it by mail, and it takes less than 1 hour to change oil and filter, which only happens every 10,000 miles.
Trip to the dealer: 3 hrs driving + fuel, 1 hr wait, $150.00 for an oil change.
Change a bulb: Headlight 10 minutes, tail light 1 minute. The headlight one is tricky the first time, you google it and away you go. However, I have been fixing my own stuff for 50 years, so the built up skill helps and the job is done properly.
"...Meanwhile, it's still safer, cheaper, and less polluting to fly than to drive.."
Bullshit on the "less polluting". Mileage is about the same as a Prius. Add in the 2.7 carbon multiplier on the water vapour, and you are into Hummer territory. Add a couple of passengers in the Hummer, and you are an eco-angel compared to the self-rationalizing flyer burning fuel in the most unconscious manner possible - travelling thousands of miles while zoned out on his tablet. At least with a Hummer you have to pump your own gas and get just the slightest clue as to what you are causing.
