According to the article, Robert Alan Soloway was arrested in Seattle Washington in a joint operation conducted by the Washington State Attorney General's Office, the FBI, FTC, Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigations (IRS-CI) and the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). The story reports that Soloway will make his initial appearance Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Seattle.
The indictment against soloway lists 10 separate felony charges including 10 counts to execute a scheme or artifice to defraud, 5 counts of wire fraud, 2 counts of fraud by connection to e-mail, 5 counts of aggrivated identity theft and 13 counts of money laundering.
