Submission + - Beating heart created in lab (scienceblog.com)

Sunday Scientist writes: Minnesota researchers have created a beating heart in the laboratory. The result: Lub-dub, lubdub, lubdub... The goal is to grow replacement parts for people born with defective tickers or experiencing heart failure.
