Now that the gubmint is giving digital signatures
the force of law, it wouldn't surprise me if the
USPS forced through some legislation forcing you
to use the mailbox. For example, they might pass a
law stating that delivery of service (Hey - you've just been subpoenaed!) to a persons 'officially'
assigned USPS emailbox will be treated as legally
binding - regardless of whether or not you bother
to actually read whatever junk email piles up there... You would ignore this at your peril.
