You can have the subjective opinion that making pricing decision based on that is stupid, but there is nothing illegal about it. Customer gets a price for a product, food, and service, delivery, and they either agree to it or they don't. If Doordash chooses to charge more on iOS they can with no obligation to disclose that they are doing so.
