Your argument is extremely overstated. Here is pretty much everything you've said, summed up:


1) If you want to learn, you need to learn concepts, not methods. 2) If you want to learn concepts, use Linux. 3) People go to school to learn. Therefore schools should use Linux by Modus Ponens [(3,1),2].


My summary uses simple formal logic and is about one tenth the size of your argument, and achieves the same thing. Leave the parables to the prophets, just make your argument brief and to the point.


Finally, your explanation of westen cooking is ridiculous. Last time i asked my italian grandma for cooking advice, i don't recall her giving me any recipes or portions, it was very much like how you describe Chinese cooking. Western cooking really exists outside Martha Stewart's last recipe for caserole, thats why French culinary schools are often much more difficult than a B.Sc in CS.
