Thats only because they couldnt provide any reason during the technical interview to say hes not good enough. I dont blame them, because they are very very hard workers, but at what cost? Their mental health? They also do this because its cheaper to higher such a worker. But this is a shame, all the chiefs are caucasions and the little Indians are are at work.

But they definitely have a problem coding smarter not harder. I can OO their code and almost reduce a third of their code easily. I also know of 15 years of knowing where bugs usually appear before hand and come up the most. Thats right software engineers decline at 40 and become architects

This is why CEO’s and business people, should not be envolved in the technical hiring process. Here is what they are missing. C++. you can code in unmanaged c++ and managed c++.net at the same time with visual studio. What does that mean? it means you can code to the moon. without using the CLR or needing MONO or anything. Im also pretty sure you can code in Win7 mobile in eMbedded c++.

But today i know in the EULA it says you cant even tamper with what you paid for. sony can only learn from this experience dont go after this guy. Microsoft invited me to the campus for my input when i created a 0day. There is Pwnto0wn etc. This is all he is doing if im not incorrect. If he distributed or gave out code, then i would say hes a bad man.
