Apple has a few options to choose from: Apple's 30 pin connector already has audio out. Why not just remove the 3.5mm jack and either provide an adapter that converts the 30 pin male to a 3.5mm female or have headphones that come with a 30 pin connector. Someone mentioned bluetooth. I like the idea of going cordless. Another option that I like, since we are talking about modifying the standard 3.5mm jack, is to reinvent an external audio connection much like Apple's MagSafe power cord. It would significantly reduce the space taken up by a 3.5mm jack since the audio magnetic jack would be outside the device. An adapter could be easily created for 3.5mm headphone jacks too.

Good idea. I propose leaving the "boat" with the motor on the surface. And since you are tethered by the propulsion system, you might as well lose the tank and just use a hookah system and put an air compressor on the "boat" too. The hose used for propulsion could be significantly smaller in diameter (think garden hose size) since you are not fighting gravity. Underwater scooters (Diver Propulsion Vehicles) max out at about 3 mph (1.3 m/s). Using this system, I'm sure you could beat that. The hose length could be 33 ft (10m) with the possibility of an extension up to 66 ft (20m).

I second this. I took a typing class in elementary school and did not get much out of it. At that point in time, it was more like a waste of time. I really learned how to touch type from instant messaging and computer gaming. Computers are used so often nowadays, users of any age should really be picking up typing on their own.

Didn't Apple's iPhone raise the bar by allowing the user to pick and choose which voice-mails to listen to? I think that was a major improvement to voice-mail, saving the user time by eliminating the instructional prompts and displaying who left messages instead of having to listen sequentially to each one. If only I had AT&T and an iPhone... Whatever happens down the road, I know I won't miss voice-mail. It can be a hassle. Especially when someone calls just to say "Call me back." Thanks..

I would love to get Goldeneye 64 on Steam to be played as an online multiplayer game. There was a mod for Counter Strike that enabled people to play a Golden Eye styled game but it wasnt the same.

I picked up a free iTunes/Nike workout mix card from Best Buy a few weeks ago. When I entered the code, I received a message stating that the code I was trying to use was already used. Most likely someone wrote down the number on my card but I guess it is possible that the number was cracked.
