Unfortunately that is not how this works. ClawdBot/MoltBot still uses "remote LLMs" to do the heavy lifting, so you still need to reach out to Sam and Company. The security problems around ClawdBot are very serious though, and someone just "trying it out" is likely to get themselves into very serious trouble.
