Hi there - as the relatively new owner of Bonded Sender, I can only say two things here: 1) We are making very substantive changes to the program now, the first wave of which will be announced in April 2) We have solicited a lot of feedback from all sides of the equation here, and we are always open to more feedback on how to make the program suck less, or even how to make it great.
