This is hardly like Zoom leaking people's data, it is more a case of poor setup due to domain related issues of the email addresses. All based on Zoom wanting to help people connect, just poorly executed as they are unable to know everything about every domain.

Well, in fairness Zoom gives people the option of saving locally rather than in the cloud. They also give people the option of whether the data will be password protected and private, or publicly available. So if people choose not to read, and leave themselves exposed, it is those people's fault really.

Been using Zoom for ages and think they have things pretty sorted. As for having to use meeting rooms and passwords, why not, extra protection for confidential meetings, all good in my book.
