MMP, 0867, Lets set up a petition (Score 1)

All we need is 100000 votes from concerned kiwi citizens. Remember what happened when Telecom started the )*^& woops I mean 0867 racket? Someone set up an online petition and sent it into govt. It had something to do with citizen initiated referendum and got heaps of publicity well some anyway and it has now been modified. Can someone please tell Max (Newman that is)!
