This is blatant biased reporting by the Slashdot "editors" (and that's really a stretch).
Had they bothered to done any research, or bothered to write an objective article, they would have known that "forcibly urge" means "prompting a user at startment if he/she wants to update".
What you may not know is that Morpheus and WinAmp "forcibly urges" people to upgrade (those bastards!). Let us all start a massive boycott campaign against those Morpheus and WinAmp people because, as you know, they are out trying to get over your computer.
