I don't blaim Microsoft for it. I blamed my own stupidity and being so stupid (being 14 at that time). Why would I blaim Microsoft for the problem when it was obviously my fault?
Heuristics are bug ridden by definition. If they didn't have bugs, then they'd be algorithms.
