Scott Manley posted something about this on his YouTube channel. While the dish may be smaller and have a limited view of the sky, apparently it's was still the most powerful RADAR telescope on the planet and it's loss is a significantly reduction in worldwide RARAR astronomy capability. https://www.youtube.com/watch?... & https://www.youtube.com/watch?...
