Potential Weaponry? (Score 1)

We need to consider the possibility that weather modification could also be used as weaponry. Why not divert Hurricane Jerry and make it go to an enemy country? That would certainly bring a whole new dimension to terrorism. Not to mention prolonging drought, or causing floods.

Operating under the assumption that we could predict what our changes would do and its consequences (ie. more rain here means less rain there), there would still be many questions to ask. The benefits could be great, of course. A starving third world country would benefit greatly if their ten-year drought ended. In the wrong hands, though...
