Additionally, the phone you're referencing was a car mounted phone; that is nothing like the handheld phones you think of when you hear and say "cell phone." The first handheld cell phone was the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X, an American product.

But what about the artist's family? Surely some reasonable amount of time after their death should be considered for them. Sure, some artists might live until age 90, with their kids in their 70s, but what if he/she dies young, leaving behind children? I would hope that the artist's hard work would provide some benefit after their death, especially if dependents are involved.

It's not the fact that they are telling customers about the mandatory 15 minute wait, but the fact that they have a mandatory 15 minute wait at all. Do you understand what that means? Even if there is no one in the call queue at all, you still have to sit there for 15 minutes before the support staff are allowed to answer your call. Absurd! How would you feel if you went to an empty restaurant, and they made you sit out front for 15 minutes before seating you, for no reason.

So when a gun goes off, it's the guns fault, and not the human pulling the trigger? By your logic, "the gun was already there."
