Journal: SCHIP Child Health care bill and Why it should not pass

This is just another take on the whole child health care bill and some opinions of why it is not good. I have not been able to find a draft of the bill so if anyone could post it in the comments if they know of it's location. I haven't verified the claims in this article so your mileage may vary.
