He most certainly did, in Aug of last year. It was detailed in a Politico article and CNN detailing the incoming President's upcoming book. It was also referenced by the incoming president himself 4 days ago- https://www.youtube.com/watch?... which also received wide coverage.

There is a pending Supreme Court case that may determine whether the owners of large social media platforms are permitted to moderate at all, and the outcome could have repercussions on sites like Bluesky.

for one of the most inscrutable and fraud riddled industries to provide information on energy usage, since energy is a regulated industry. And because the request is getting pushback by some of the most powerful interests in the fossil fuel industry, the inquiry is probably worth pursuing. It's strange that libertarians who say that "crypto's wasteful, so what?" will not consider modest government oversight of energy usage by an arm of the finance industry whose legitimacy is questionable at best and that could ultimately affect financial health of the nation and stability of the grid, anything other than intrusive and wasteful.

Seriously though, if they're going to approach the business model like this, maybe they should instead present the tip as an option for express delivery, much in the same way that shipping rates are scaled. Most users probably use the pre designated "15%", "20%" options anyway, which is selected before there is any interaction with the driver, so it makes more sense as a delivery incentive rather than a gratuity. This would of course require the assumption that the premium would still be paid to the driver and not diverted to the bottom line, which may be unrealistic.

It goes beyond that. Their proposal is that it's ok to attack corporations if they make a modicum of effort to promote socially tolerant image or work place. And since it is so cost effective to use someone else's platform to promote and disseminate racist and *phobic views to the world, they now want to make it illegal for managers of the platforms to moderate content, even that which is very probably false, or that which almost any sane individual would agree is unhealthy to a functioning pluralistic society .
