Yes officially you need to be a buisiness but all you have to do is tell them that your a home based buisiness. I literally was just on the phone with DHL and they just made me an account for an item from Hong Kong.
Theres nothing like the idea of being the only one in the country with a red Lenoxx MP3/CD player!
