As I remember, it was NeXTStep 2.1, then it was NeXTSTEP 3, then NEXTSTEP 4 and OPENSTEP 4 were the final versions before the Apple acquisition and it became Rhapsody/OS X.
When some people discover the truth, they just can't understand why everybody isn't eager to hear it.
