For the record. Katamari Damacy was a bad game. Especially as a game you have to pay for. Sure its innovative. But just 'cause it's new and fresh DOES NOT mean it's good. Sure, there is no game like it, but maybe there was a reason. Katamari Damacy had little gameplay. Don't get me wrong though, the gameplay it had was amazing. However, it's just not rich enough to go out and buy. It's the kind of game that's a mini game.
Katamari Damacy had the same mindset behind it as most new games that come out: "If we make it look really pretty, maybe they won't notice that there isn't a lot of game in it."
Kind of getting off-topic. I'm just saying, a fresh idea is not always a good idea.
