I can finish of the insurgency in Iraq with one word: nukes.

It makes a lot of sense to use weapons of mass destruction to annihilate the predominantly innocent citizens of a country that you invaded based on the claim that they had weapons of mass destruction. There wouldn't even be any insurgency in Iraq if the US had not taken it upon themselves to occupy the country. I really hope you're being sarcastic.
