I'm in charge of support the moving of our projects from CVS to Mercurial. IDE Integration isn't a problem since are using TortoiseHG as primary hg interface tool. We just did add the commands arguments in the external tools menu from Visual Studio, Delphi 2006, and so on.

The performance, integration and tracking abilities of Mercurial is just amazing.

In the processes of evaluation I tested Git, and it poor support for windows and repository reindex requirement just lame.

In one project we have tree Branchs with four people working on it. The branchs merging is very, I mean VERY, easy, I just canÂt imagine doing this in CVS or SVN.
