Honestly, I was interested in a smartwatch with Tag Heuer involved...until I saw the price tag. Then, I completely lost interest and didn't even bother with the specs. I already have a tough time shelling out $400 for the lesser smart watches, let alone $1500.

I've done a lot of side work for folks needing computer repair and every...single...one of them that had an AOL email were elderly and not technologically savvy. Personally, I don't care if they have an AOL address or not, but professional businesses not having the @mybusiness.com type of domain and having AOL - I personally find it a little harder to take them seriously and, for the most part, they didn't seem to have as much genuine care for the quality of their work. This should be seen as pure conjecture because I'm sure there are those that don't fit this mold. Just talking about personal experience.

Something like Bambuser which streams the content directly to a server as you record would probably work best. Then, don't provide those same badged employees access to the servers where the video is being stored. Once the badged employee starts their shift and turns their camera on, the stream automatically sends the data to the server. Of course, this would mean they'd have to wear cameras that were cellular-connected.

How many people die on the streets every day because ambulances can't verify insurance and literally leave them there to die? Happens in LA all the time...

Sounds a little like Microsoft's decision to go "x" on their office suite suffix instead of "odf"...
