i never would have thought it would happen to me.
i was working alone late one night in the datacenter. i got a call from one of the night support techs. i'd always noticed her at the office....
How many hardware guys does it take to change a light bulb? "Well the diagnostics say it's fine buddy, so it's a software problem."
