if fox wished to sew they'd have to prove damages, moreso, financial damages since i wasn't asked for money to listen to the wav file, i don't think slashdot is making money off the theme song, nor as it was pointed out, is the theme being used in a derrogertary manner and does not damage the integrity of the show no damage, no lawsuit
