Tough time with AOL (Score 1)

I got suckered into a free trial with AOL, and was getting billed for a couple for a couple of months. Afterward I was on the phone for close to 2 hrs before I could cancel it. It took threats to email '[e-mail]' before they gave in. I had an easy time disconnecting from AT&T wireless, just one email.
