Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) is based on Fedora -- not the other way around. Fedora isn't based on anything. It's a tier 1, original, non-derivative distribution.

There was a vote and systemd lost. https://lists.debian.org/debia... It's like saying it was a botched decision to choose the current president. At the end of the day, it's your choice whether or not to use a systemd-based distro. Please don't complain to the rest of us about a choice that you freely made....especially when there are systemd-free distros out there. No one wants to hear that.

Not sure how far refusing to cooperate with an FAA investigation will get you. Also, you can't see the difference between between someone being accused of terrorism vs someone deliberately crashing a plane?! They're worlds apart. I mean, no one is going off themselves simply because people believe that they've deliberately crashed an airplane (oh the shame). It's pretty incredible that this dude just happened to have a full parachute strapped to him and just happened to have a selfie stick on him, and just happened to experience engine failure, and just happened to film himself bailing out of an airplane, and just happened to upload it to youtube. I mean c'mon man, you don't have to shutdown the critical thinking part of your brain. If you can't see that the circumstances surrounding this event are just a tad bit suspicious....then I don't know what to tell you. Just keep on doing whatever you're doing I guess...

Cinnamon is in constant development, the last stable release was just 15 days ago. People like to knock it for being a "windows clone", but that's what that's exactly what many people want. It's simple, clean, intuitive, and works perfectly on Fedora. I'll stop using it when development actually stops.
