If you would bother to read, the Ruby language website runs on Radian CMS, a Rails based CMS. The Ruby on Rails website uses instiki, another Ruby on Rails based application that was also developed by DHH.
Rather that spreading FUD, put some facts behind your statements. Because I know many large scale sites that I have worked on or helped, that use rails, and we have moved past scaling issues.
