This is a stupid argument to begin with. Microwaves are literally too fat to cause any sort of molecular damage resulting in tumors or other defects. I drew up a crude image here
Everyone can be taught to sculpt: Michelangelo would have had to be taught how not to. So it is with the great programmers.
