Yeah, one problem with the 'frictionless web' is that one someone coughs it immediately becomes a pandemic.
One thing that interests me is that rolling out a console is not like rolling out an OS Release. You send the buyer a complete box of assembled goods, whereas with Windows you send a cd and half the population tries to install it on a Commodore 64.
I'm going to be very interested to see what the problem is.
