I am not 100% in favor of the death penalty. I would have rather seen Tim McVeigh spend the rest of his miserable life in prison than die as a martyr that he wanted to be. And I would actually prefer to see Saddam and this 'Chemical Ali' captured alive, and be forced to spend the rest of their lives in prison. I think killing them or letting them commit suicide is too easy of a punishment for these criminals.
