Wrong. Some of the phones use Qualcomm's Snapdragon which is not ARM based.

Why would AT&T step in? I believe they just started to sell HTC phones as well.

Acura was a brand that was created purely for the NA market (because americans like shiny things/luxury brands). There cars used to be sold as Hondas in Japan. One example has always been the Acura TSX, which is a Honda Accord in Europe.

Wouldn't the better comparison would be to check the cost difference between alcohol after the prohibition era and bootleg alcohol during the period?
Regardless, it should still net some sort of income (as opposed to currently $0), as it would be commercialized like cigarettes and alcohol, therefore probably have some sort of special tax. But you cannot use the current valuation of the product as an indicator of how much money you're losing out on.

In an attempt to reverse declining attendance figures, many American churches are starting to ask WWJD in 140 or fewer characters. Pastors at Westwinds Community Church in Michigan spent two weeks teaching their 900-member congregation how to use Twitter. 150 of them are now tweeting. Seattle's Mars Hill Church encourages its members to Twitter messages during services. The tweets appear on the church's official Twitter page. Kyle Firstenberg, the church's administrator, said,"It's a good way for them to tell their friends what church is about without their friends even coming in the building."
