And find no big difference between MS and Google concerning IT in education. They both behave as dope peddlers [*] on the schoolyard. First they give it away for free. Learn Velotype. A good velotypist can type up to 1000 characters per minute.

Hello,
We just released a CMS for schools. We tried to make it
usable by blind and/or visually impared persons,
on the visitors side as well as in the content mnanagement.
It can be used with a braille reader and/or speech synthesizer
and also by persons with a normal visus.
First preliminary tests seem promising.
And, last but not least, it is OSS/GPL.
