If we can still use the Windows 10 install files to bypass the TPM/SecureBoot restrictions - SURE! Just got done loading Windows 11 22000 on my HP Z400 workstation - Health Check states NOPE - no UEFI nor SecureBoot, Loaded 20996 on my HP ProBook 450 G5 - i3 that is unsupported simply by running SETUP.EXE on the flash drive I used. No reason that either of these machines can't run Windows 11 - AS THEY BOTH DO!

I have been unplugging my LAN connection on my test machine FOR YEARS to get local, non-MS logins. I just loaded 20996 onto a machine with the LAN connection disconnected. Same as the dozens of other Windows 10 builds I've loaded - click I do not have an internet connection, and you are presented with the local login account screen!
