There's this assumption that cops have NO idea who they are about to arrest, like it has to be done at a moment's notice, and it's impossible to pull up any kind of info, arrest records, observe him at work, etc. Therefore, everyone has to be treated like a foaming at the mouth methhead who will kill without provocation. This isn't actually the case.

As a 40-something that has met some on POF, I wonder if it's because "the good ones are taken" by the time we get to be this age. Of course, that goes both ways, but I'm attractive, fit, healthy, make a decent living and has very little debt. The problem is there's very few suitable candidates out there. I kept waiting for the "perfect one" to come along, and didn't settle for "good enough". Now, all that's left are the dregs.

Have you tried using a lower-resolution monitor? More seriously, have you tried "Ctrl-+"? That will increase the displayed font size.

If this is not reversed pronto, my days here are numbered.

MP3 is used by more than alpha geeks. Most people that aren't bound by the ipod seem to listen to mp3 (with .ogg being a very distant competitor). Also, amongst online streaming radio, mp3 is very popular. To call it a dead codec, or one that is only sustained due to 'alpha geeks', is simply not true.

MP3 is still so popular due to it's legacy. Those of us that have been collecting digital music since the late '90's are loathe to give it up, despite technical and intellectual property advantages of other formats.

He listed three minor issues. At least two I can think of a workaround for. If you think a modern tablet with a CPU that boasts 382 million transistors has six features, then it's time to take your meds. Considering 10.10 was not written with tablets in mind, I think this is an astounding acheivement, not a "shit-sandwich".
