The company i used to work for had a huge LED video panel made by Lighthouse (see all the NASDAQ adds with the curved video wall on the side of the building).. This thing is basically a $400,000 computer monitor...
We had it shipped to the Superdome for a big trade show. It got there just skippy in it's big fat road cases. After the show we where loading into the truck and heard a "BANG!". It turns out that a Forklift operator @ the superdome ran a pair of fork THROUGH a case containing four panels. Each panel is about $20,000, they all had 2 nice rectangular holes in them.. The teamsters that where loading it said "well that sucks buddy, not our problem call the union".. to make a long story short, there went $80k worth of panels and a $3k road case.....
never did get them to pay us back for that, so it went on our insurance at a big premium wack.
