Uh, excuse me? I don't know what part of Ann Arbor you were in or who you were hanging out with, but I lived a few towns over for most of my life, and there really wasn't anything like what you're talking about. Everyone knew how to drive in snow, and most people didn't freak out at a mere 3 inches. I know you're going for the +1 Funny mod and all that, but you're wrong in this case.
