That's what I was wondering. As a shareholder, doesn't he have the responsibility to do what's best for the company? As an exagerated example, can Bill Gates buy up 49% of Red Hat and then deliberatly fuck up the company? My guess is no, and if Jack starts making negative public comments about a company he's a shareholder off, the others will go after him.Isn't it against their interests?
