Also this is commercial speech which is treated differently than regular free speech. Just like how you can't say "99.99% pure gold" when its really only 10% pure gold.
Plus this entire free speech and first amendment argument is stupid in relation to this case. They were not arguing with WHAT southwest said, they were arguing about HOW it was formatted/presented.
