I'm in TC 201 at Michigan State University. My professor gave us this assignment: "Post a comment to Slashdot.org. Your XP will be based on how many points your most highly rated comment receives. Post a link to your favorite comment that you wrote in the Gnomish DropBox." Yes, our class is based on XP and we complete quests(tests) rather than using the conventional teaching method. The points I get for this assignment depend on the score I get for a post!! Can anyone help and get my post score higher than 1??? Thank you soooo much!!

Of course you have your rights to privacy, and you can even change your privacy settings as much as you want. But everyone needs to remember that going on to the web is the same as going to the grocery store. You're in a public place and there is only so much that you can hide. Boost your privacy settings, or even more simple, pay your bills!

I see this costing a lot more than just a pretty penny. They're going to have to do some slick marketing, because I know that when a lot of my generation hear "Commodore 64" they think old piece of junk. I disagree with that, but I'm just making an observation. As for this new machine, I'll get excited then forget about it once I see the price tag.

My grandparents gave me a phone book last weekend because they saw I didn't have one... I stared blankly and said thanks. That phone book now collects dust in the top of my closet. I honestly don't see a need for a phone book. The internet is so convenient and quick that opening a book seems somewhat inefficient in this day and age. They should cut physical phone book production, and focus on making their websites top-notch. Anyone else see it this way?

I just can't see this experience being the same if things are changed. Nothing was more fun than flying around the city with all the goofy advertising and The Offspring boosting your adrenaline level. Will they still have all the mini-games too? I don't know about you guys, but if I really want to play Crazy Taxi again, I'll bust out my Dreamcast and play until I want to break my controller in frustration!
