You don't need access to medical care to get COVID vaccines. They are administered by every public health department in the US and in every drugstore (for free). You do not need to go to your primary care physician to have them "explain" to you that vaccines are safe. The public health departments in the US go door-to-door in these communities to spread the message. I guess the real question through is why do you want people of color to die so badly?
