I believe a pragmatic approach would be to make you liable for the content if you make money by redistributing it. It just seems reasonable when you think about it. Facebook does not distribute your QAnon posts to do enable your freedoms, it does so only to make money. There are plenty precedent for society limiting making money on actions considered harmful by the society. So everyone can publish their toxic blog.. But if you push commercials to make money from it, then you are doing work and tracking your readers. Not really exercising free speech.
