This is pretty normal and expected. This isn't hotel. The owner might not be there for a few days to clean up for hte next guess.

This is totally fair to ask someone to do very basic cleaning before leaving. God, I was just at a hotel this weekend and i cleaned every dish I used and left them out to dry. Granted I don't do trash. But to leave the dishes in a decent state isn't asking alot.

They should jsut make it part of a standard rental form. Like checkboxes. "Expectations upon leaving". And air bnb can limit what is expected... "remove trash". "Put bedding in laundry room" , "clean dishes and put away", "clean dishes and put away or leave out in drying rack. Whatever. But to ban is stupid.

My phone rarely buzzes or anything. It's been amazing. I turned off noises like 5 years ago. I remember looking at my phone every time it buzzed every 5 minutes.

Having seen porn, I don't really think 13 year olds need to see anal gang bangs quite yet. The internet really has changed things and while I am not aware of the changes in mental health of children I'd imagine there are plenty of studies on it.

Also, agile is more of a start up methodology. Where getting a product out fast and showing something working (even if buggy or incomplete) is a necessity.

Established companies should not be doing this. What frightens me is being at an established company and having departments moving to this methodology. I'll be long gone before it's an issue due to what i do though.
