Saying the equations are T-symmetric is different that saying laws describing physics are. Gravity is not T-symmetric. We fall to the ground and not the other way around. However quantum phenomenon might be. I've always wondered why people are certain the arrow is pointing one way when there is non-local behaviour. Would seem par the course. Somebody needs to now work out how to define gravity and time, and unify the laws.
