daily radar just passing the blame. (Score 1)

It seems to me (from what I've gathered of this whole fiasco) that Daily Radar is just trying to make Nintendo the bad guy in this thing. The fact is that they stole copyrighted stuff that they didn't have permission. They got called on it and to avoid the spotlight, they spin it so that it's big bad Nintendo's fault. In all honesty, it sounds very similar to the whole Napster/Metallica thing... but I definitely don't want to bring that up.
