I've read a study that shows 170F-degree heat for 30 minutes will kill coronavir, and maintain the integrity and effectiveness of a n95 mask.
Every commercial kitchen I've worked in has what are called cook-n-hold type electric ovens for holding large batches of cooked food. (Cres-cor, Altoshaam and other brands) Most will plug into a normal wall receptacle. They hold a consistant low temp (120-250 degrees) without large swings of temp. (Regular ovens will not maintain such a low temp, and have swings in temp +and-7 degrees.) You could fill milk crates full of n95 masks, stack them inside these tall ovens and let them sit for an hour or whatever, and shazzam, intact, sterile masks. These ovens are cheap and available.
Also, there are food steamers (Accutemp and others) in many commercial kitchens that steam food at low pressure, meaning lower temperatures than 212-degreesF. They have an internal vacuum pump to pull below atmospheric pressure, lowering the boiling point. So you might be able to steam masks with live steam at 170 degrees or so, I forget how low they can go.
