karan chanana's Home Page I completed my ph.d in Ece at Reeaser Polytechnic Institute, ( NY US) in May 1987. My doctoral research was performed at the Center for Image Processing Research(CIPR), and involved the application of optical flow techniques to video coding and motion compensated processing.
